f you’ve already renewed, thank you for continuing your membership! This year you have 3 options to pay. 1. You may mail your dues. 2. You may drop your renewal in the mail slot on the closet door inside the meeting room. 3. NEW – You may pay by credit card (see details below) Paying by Credit Card In order to accommodate those wishing to pay by credit card a PayPal account was setup. If paying through our PayPal account there will be a 3% convenience fee added. (The club is not making any extra money, there are fees associated with credit card processing) You will need to contact Lynn Blackmer before paying by credit card to get the actual amount due. The amount will be determined by weather or not you have completed your required work hours. Your work hour forms will need to be turned in before your total membership renewal fee can be calculated. If you would like your new membership card(s) mailed to you, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope when you submit your work hour list. Remember, work hour forms will not be accepted unless they are signed off by a Committee Chairperson, or an Executive Board Member. Credit card payments can be taken over the phone or in person or by an emailed invoice by contacting Lynn Blackmer, She will then calculate your total membership renewal amount, and you will receive a PayPal invoice to pay by credit card or other options. Lynn Blackmer contact info can be found in the committees section on the Members Only area of the website Paying by Check If you prefer to continue paying your membership dues by check, as you have in the past, nothing will change. There will not be any convenience fee added. If you mail or drop in the mail slot, please be sure to pay by check (NO CASH!). Remember to include your worksheet with your hours worked and include $15 per hour for any hours not worked during the calendar year (10 hours required) Make a copy of your worksheet for your records, we will not return the included worksheet. We are also asking that you include a self addressed and stamped envelope so we may mail your new membership card. We are asking that renewals be in the slot or mail by January 31st, 2023, so that we will have them in time for our board meeting on Tuesday, February 6th (this date has passed, if you are reading this please get your dues in ASAP) We have included a picture of the dues page from our website. Remember that we are close to membership capacity. If you wish to continue your membership you must have your dues in on time. Mailing Address Putnam Fish and Game Club Attn: Lynn Blackmer P. O.
