Quick Update on what the Executive Board has been working On

Due to Covid restrictions we are still unable to hold regular membership meetings. The Executive Board has been in regular contact with each other and hard at work maintaining regular operations of the club.  Here is a snapshot of our work to keep our members up to date:

Ranges
A timer has been added so that the fans now run 4 times per day for an hour to clear moisture from the indoor range, the ceiling is staying dry with no further deterioration. A new light bar has been installed on the 50yd range to replace the previous one that was starting to fail (brighter and half the price of  the one it replaced). Mike Faucher is looking for a member or two to regularly clean up the outdoor ranges.  Please contact him if interested.

Forms
Some of our forms are being redesigned to remove some outdated info and make them less confusing and easier to read.

Treasurers Report
The Reports are still hung on the bulletin board as usual.  This months report will be delayed due to our annual audit.  The recurring expenses are being paid as needed.

Building and Grounds
List of work needed has been posted on the bulletin board and continues to be updated. There is still work that can be done in the winter but obviously the warmer months are when the brunt of the work is done.  Both the clubhouse oil burner and the outdoor range gas burner are awaiting regular service.  If we have any members who are certified techs and would like to service either or both for hours they should contact Alan Dabrowski or reply to this email.

Insurance
Our annual insurance policy will be due soon and we have been in discussion with our insurance agent along with a new agent to try and get the best policy for the club.

Archery
The Archery range is in good shape. We are in need of an Archery Chair, please contact any Executive Committee member or Trustee if interested.

Meetings
We have spent a lot of time and effort working thru different scenarios and possibilities for resuming regular membership meetings.  We continue to explore our options but are confined by the state mandates.  We plan on having outdoor meetings once the weather is warm enough (we will follow any state protocols for safety at that time).

If you have any comments, questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to any of the Executive Committee members or Trustees.  Please keep in mind that all of us are volunteers and have full time jobs and families.  Thank you!
