Skeet Shooting Clinic with Sporting Clays Champion Tim Ferry

Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:00am

This is an invitation to all of our club members to join us for a Clinic on the art of Sporting Clays featuring Tim Ferry.

Tim will be running a clinic for us at the club and this is open to all members. This is a chance to learn about this sport and learning the fine points of how to excel at this shooting dicipline. Tim is a colleague of mine and has graciously agreed to help us with our program.

What follows is an excerpt from Tim’s resume:

Tim Ferry:

I have been in competition for almost 20 years starting when I was 10 years old on trap. Then graduated to skeet and now competes in sporting clays, 5-stand and FITASC. I have won multiple states with high overall scores as well as many top 5 placements in state national and local tournaments. I am a certified coach and judge for the NSCA ( National Sporting Clays Association) and NSSA ( National Skeet Shooting Association) as well as ATA ( Amateur Trap Association). I currently shoot for the fun of it and  am involved in leagues in a few clubs for skeet as a top shooter. I am a registered Master class shooter for skeet and sporting clays. I have built a registered 5-stand field from the ground up that has become very successful.  I have also helped 10 plus clubs get different shooting sports off the ground. These being youth programs for trap and skeet and the always favorite lady’s shooting teams that have become successful and now competing on a national level traveling the U.S. and competing with the ambition to compete for a title in all 50 states. I look forward to supporting your inventory and us all having a fun day on the skeet field.

Thanks,

NREMT-HSMT Timothy Ferry
